About Me

I’m a mum of two young children and a gentle sleep consultant who understands, both personally and professionally, how profoundly sleep deprivation can affect family life. Like many parents, I’ve experienced how broken sleep can quietly erode confidence, emotional regulation, and the ability to show up as the calm, present parent you want to be. That lived experience, alongside my professional background, is what led me to become a sleep consultant.

My work has always centred around children, families, and emotional wellbeing. I hold a BA (Hons) in Education Studies and have spent many years working across children’s services, including early years childcare, SEND support, and senior leadership roles within local authorities. Throughout this work, I supported families during some of their most emotionally demanding seasons, often alongside exhaustion and overwhelm.

I trained with The Sleep Consultant Academy and hold a recognised qualification through OCN London, allowing me to offer evidence based, emotionally safe sleep support that feels calm, realistic, and respectful.

Outside of work, I love skiing, reading, travelling, and spending time outdoors walking our family dogs. These moments of calm and connection reflect the balance I aim to help families rediscover not just better sleep, but restored confidence, stronger relationships, and a sense of feeling like themselves again.

How I Can Help

I support exhausted parents who want gentle, emotionally safe sleep support that never compromises connection. My approach is calm, responsive, and fully personalised, helping families move towards independent sleep while protecting both their child’s emotional wellbeing and their own mental health.

After working together, sleep no longer feels confusing or heavy. Evenings feel calmer, nights feel more settled, and you wake up with more energy, clarity, and confidence in your parenting choices. You’ll understand your child’s sleep, trust yourself again, and feel reassured that you’re supporting rest without guilt or distress.

Together, we’ll bring clarity and structure to sleep challenges that currently feel overwhelming, creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your parenting values. I offer steady guidance, education, and reassurance throughout the process without rigid methods or judgement so you feel supported, empowered, and calm as your family moves forward.
