We begin with a detailed review of your child’s current routine, followed by a one-hour consultation to gain a holistic understanding of your baby, your family dynamics, and your goals. From this, I create a fully personalised sleep plan that offers clear, gentle guidance while remaining responsive to your child’s emotional needs.

You’ll receive three weeks of ongoing 1:1 WhatsApp support, alongside optional virtual check-ins, providing reassurance, practical advice, and steady guidance as you implement changes at a pace that feels right for your family, while protecting connection and emotional wellbeing throughout the process.
